Empowering YouR Vision means seeing a clear and inspiring picture of

the future and having the confidence, skills and resources to

pursue it despite obstacles and challenges. It involves having a

deep sense of purpose, direction, and values that guide actions

and decisions, as well as a growth mindset that enables learning

from failures and setbacks and adapting to changing

circumstances.

Empowering YouR Vision also involves inspiring and engaging others

in pursuing a shared vision, to communicate effectively, to build

relationships and collaborations, and to make a positive impact

on the world. It requires a combination of personal qualities such

as self-awareness, resilience, creativity and empathy, as well as

practical skills such as strategic planning, problem-solving and

decision-making.

Over the many years of my professional life in business, in the

political arena and in the arts, I have encountered many people

from all walks of life of diverse backgrounds, many with dreams

and meaningful goals but who are struggling as to how to get

there.
